Driving Historic Events: My First Volunteering Journey with Genie On Hire 🚀

As an IIT Madras alumnus, I love seeing great execution and smooth systems. Last Sunday, I got to witness this firsthand. I volunteered at the historic IRONKIDS Bengaluru triathlon at the Canadian International School. It was my very first time working with Genie On Hire, and the experience was incredible!
Here is how Genie On Hire made this massive international event a grand success:
  • The App Experience: Technology is at the heart of modern event management. While I faced a quick glitch trying to mark my attendance on the app, the support was instant. Mr. Hrishi rectified the issue right on the spot, showing how prepared the tech team is.
  • On-Ground Coordination: The execution on the ground was beautifully smooth. Managing over 500 young athletes requires flawless teamwork. The coordination team kept everything running like clockwork, allowing us volunteers to focus entirely on supporting the kids.
  • Overall Event Execution: This was my first time volunteering at an international school for a global event franchise. I met amazing people and felt truly honored to work alongside them. Looking back at Genie On Hire’s past events, it is clear they have a proven track record of excellence.
Thank you, Genie On Hire, for this wonderful opportunity. I am definitely staying in touch, and I cannot wait to volunteer with the team again for future milestones! ✨
